76th ISC Plenary to be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The upcoming 76th Plenary of the International Skydiving Commission (ISC) will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from 21 to 25 January 2026. The meeting will be held at the InterContinental Durrat Al Riyadh Resort & Spa by IHG, a luxury hotel located in Durrat Al Riyadh
This event brings together national delegates, sport parachuting federations, judges, technical committee members and skydiving business partners. From 21-23 January, they’ll engage in open meetings followed by closed sessions to review rule amendments, competition procedures, safety standards and strategic planning for the coming seasons. The formal plenary meeting will be held on 24-25 January.
Key focal points of the meeting
- Approval of amendments to the Sporting Code (Section 5) and ISC Competition Rules, which govern skydiving and indoor skydiving disciplines
- Review of Competitions held in 2025 and updates of approved 2026 events, as well as the awarding of Bids for future competitions.
- Strategic dialogue on advancements and innovation in the various disciplines
- Global outreach: Networking and bilateral meetings amongst the ISC Delegates of the various National Aerosports Federations (NACs).
Host-city experience: Delegates arriving in Riyadh will not only engage in formal sessions but also have the chance to explore the city. Our host, SAESF, has organised a cultural experience for plenary participants and will include a visit to Diriyah & Boulevard World.
